Mark Swanston (aka Captain Cheddar) presents Hit the Road on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5pm as well as Saturday Vibes every Saturday at 4.

Mark is a huge fan of cheesy music and just to prove the point, the first record he ever bought was 'Remember You're a Womble'. He's also a sports fan and a qualified football coach and loves to bring us all the latest scores from our local teams on Saturday afternoons. He loves a good roast dinner but can't stand pasta!
